We do chemical and mechanical testing to assure product quality in addition to checking raw material certificates from the supplier. Before we may purchase raw materials from certified vendors, our quality department must first approve the required qualifying processes.
Proper track and trace records are kept at all times, from raw materials to semi-finished and finished goods. A random inspection of semi-finished items is included in each phase.
